Why Bypass Proxy not the Best

Bypass proxy client claims to be able to let you bypass any proxy at work or school and get your P2P, web messenger or other program working. It sounds good in theory, but in practice it fails to deliver. The idea for the program is great, but to actually see some results you are much better off using your own proxy server instead of this software.

The biggest problems with the software is how it must be setup and the kind of access it gives you. Each program you want to use needs to be setup to work with the software. So, if you have 10 programs, you must set each one up individually. The main problem with this is how time consuming it can be. More importantly though, is that once you have everything setup, the kind of access the software gives you is limited. You only have a limited amount of bandwidth or internet access. This means you probably will have to reduce how much time you spend online.

The idea behind the software is good, using a proxy to bypass blocks or limits at work. The problem is that it delivers in a limited fashion. If you want to unblock programs at school or work, a much better solution is your own proxy server. Your own proxy will work in the same way as the software does, but without all the limits. Especially the limit of bandwidth and how much time you can spend online. Your own elite proxy server is a much better choice than bypass proxy client.
